Hello, I am seeing multiple files of the same thing saved on my laptop. What is causing this? I go to "save" to save a document when I want to update it, and I go to "save as" and rename it if I want to save the original. However, I am going in to open items and I am just seeing the same file names over and over. Is this due to an auto back up of some sort?

Are you able to customize gadgets, and if so how? I would appreciate any help or tricks anyone can give. Likewise, can I add gadgets to my desktop, and if I can do that, again I need instructions on how to do so. I appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.

I just bought a laptop to replace my desktop and I need to transfer all of my files. What is the most efficient way to do this?  Should I load onto a USB drive and go that route, or should I try something different? Ultimately, if the end result is that I can transfer my files without losing anything, I will do anything, but I was looking for an easy way. Thanks.

Am I able to delete a file completely without sending it to the Recycle Bin? I understand that the point of this is so I do not accidentally delete any unwanted files, but there are sensitive work files that sometimes I just need to delete and I don't want to forget to delete them out of the Recycle Bin. I have the option to pair my phone to my car, but every time I think I am successful, it fails. What do I need to do to get this to work? It does connect for a short period of time but then if I receive a call it only comes through on the phone. I am really wishing to get thing synced up. Thank you.

My Mio Alpha was unable to connect to my Samsung phone via Bluetooth. I have tried everything I can think of to get this to work.  Is this a common issue, user error, or both? Thanks in advance for your help. When using my computer (desktop), I notice that it freezes up and this occurs rather frequently.  It is disrupting my usage and I'm not sure how to get this to stop. I have tried rebooting and starting over and that isn't working, it keeps doing it. My anti-virus is up to date. Any suggestions on what I can do?
