I have used team viewer over the internet to access a remote computer however in my office I have a local network that I need to establish a network connection to my office mates to access their computers, can team viewer do this or do I need a server to assist? I have no clue

I see everywhere to store all my family photos and data in a cloud like Amazon or Google. What happens in ten years if the place I was using for a cloud storage closed their doors. What protection would I have not to lose everything I had there? Or would it just all be gone?

I am using Windows 2012 Server and can not get it to save any system settings. The only time it will is in Safe mode but when I try to boot back up normally. All of the changes are gone. Do I need to wipe everything and start over again?

I have numerous emails that I send monthly, how can I set up a mass email client for the emails? does the Google account have a maximum email sending limit per day or do I need to get another domain server in-order to send the emails? Does such a service support relay and delivery notifications for emails?

I am not currently using any real anti virus protection for our cloud storage.  Yesterday I read about IBM's Antivirus 2.0 that is suppose to be the next best thing. Has anyone used this or had a problem not using a anti virus protection? Will my sight be hacked without one?
