Can any expert help me out in explaining about the X.25 Networks?

I have a  simple mobile, brand Symphony x100. It is so nice & I like it very much.  I found some problems in it,  I can't find any option to use it like a modem.  I want to use it with my PC to communicate to the network but I did not find any software or an option to use it.

How could I use it like a modem ?

Can any one help me to fix this error? The issue is that one of my clients is trying to connect our Citrix farm from a different domain. He received the following error:

“SSL Error 59: The server sent a security certificate identifying “uk911image.europe.alliedww.com”, the SSL connection was to “194.75.137.70”.”

He had no issues in connecting to the server from the same domain. I tried creating certificates for both the domains. I also tried changing the Gateway address for the other domain. Nothing helped.

I was just curious.  Is there any way wherein one can connect a computer to the television using any type of jacks, extensions or anything or can it be plugged through the DVD player through the USB port? If not, is there any computer and television today that can do this type of connection?

We are planning a small network in my office. 40 people. I am thinking about star topology.  One Router which connects to few switches. Say few 24 post switches.

What do you experts suggest, one switch for each department?  Business will expand in few years.

I bought a new laptop  and I need to collect files from the hard disk of my desktop computer.  How can I connect my laptop to my desktop's hard disk ?  I don't even have Bluetooth.
