What kind of communication can I use when I want to get connected in a remote area? Some rural areas isn't reached with telecommunication companies, is there a possibility we can install any means of communication, as well as internet?

I have configured all the PCs to adhere to the admin commands. When I give the command to shutdown, it displays the message "This machine will shutdown in 5 minutes" and it counts down but, doesn't actually shutdown.

I am trying to deploy simple asp.net 4.0 webforms project to my godaddy 4g windows shared hosting but i am getting an error message"Parser error message: could not load type: webapplication1_default".

This asp project runs locally good in visual studio.

My godaddy  has iis 7 and its set to integrated pipeline mode.
