If you have tried any CMS in creating a classified website, I would love to hear your advices. Can you also provide the features of the CMS and why do you think it is the best PHP CMS to use? I have been using PRTG freeware for managing my networks in my small internet business. I have realized that the freeware has got some loopholes and people are able to share the internet beyond the provided one computer per connection. Is there a way to change management freeware and introduce another one without loosing the previous settings or I will have to set up everything afresh? Thanks.

I am working in an organization as Assistant Network Administrator. Here a Cisco 2950 with fiber Gbic module Switch has gown down and it need to be replaced with a Cisco 2960 Switch which has fiber SFP module.

As I do not have experience to work with SFP module before, my question is can I uplink Cisco 2960 with SFP port to existing another Cisco 2950 with Gbic port by fiber cable ? Is there any capability issue between Gbic to SFP ports ?
