I have a problem with ConvertXtoDVD. When I open the interface and try to add any video format (AVI, MKV or MP4), I get an error as shown below. You can look at the log and suggest any solutions that will help solve this issue.

I installed ConvertXtoDVD on my computer to be able to convert AVI and other formats but when I launch the application I get an application error as shown in the image below. I am hoping to get ideas from experts here.

I am new to QuickTime but I have installed version 7.7.4 on Windows 7. However, when I try to play a .MP4 file the program brings up an error. I took a screenshot of the error and presented it to you for a solution. See image below.

I have the ConvertXtoDVD software that I use to convert videos to DVD and burn. I have been able to convert AVI videos. But when I try to convert from MKV (which is also supported), I get an error as shown below. Also I can’t access the log and when I click ok it quits. Please help.

Has anyone worked with Real Time Target before? Were you able to install any software? I would like to gather as much information about Real Time Target Machine. I seem to run into problems every time am using it. Such problems include the error message File ph_exec.exe is missing or corrupt or The specified file was not found ph_exec.exe.

What is this kind of error?

I was previously running ConvertXtoDVD version 5.0.0.36 but I went ahead to install version 5.0.0.37 after uninstalling the previous version. I have been using Windows 7 64 bit. When executing the setup for the new version I got an error as shown below. I would like to know what experts think about this error.

I have been using the QuickTime player on Mac. I have version 7.0.4 installed. I have been seeing error when exporting movies. I got the error shown below when exporting MPEG 4 project using QuickTime.

The movie could not be sent to QuickTime, because of an unknown error.

Please make sure that your project disk has write permission, and that you have enough disk space.
