I have been working on a number of DVDs with various timelines for sometime.

Having transcoded everything in the format that I wanted, I tried to build up the DVD using Encore and got this error message.

I need someone to help me out?

PGC “Main Title” has an error at 0.6340s.

The aspect ratio of this file is not supported by DVD. – PGC

I was trying to update my Advanced Access Content System (AACS) since I wanted to be able to play movies on BD-ROM which is more easily available. However, when I try to install the patch using PowerDVD, The above error message appears. What could be causing this problem?

I am a professional video producer and I normally use Adobe Encore to produce the high quality videos. With this software, I am able to transcode video resources into M-PEG 2 video once it is complete. However, during my last attempt to do this, I got the above error message. What could be causing this?

I have a query,

I had encoded some copyrighted songs that I had purchased from Apple itunes store from an Adobe Media Encoder. When I tried to import these files into an Adobe Flash using the Adobe Encore software, I received this error message. What could have gone wrong?

I have been trying to install software which would help me update my computer program together with all the accompanying data.

I tried to install the Patch for my Power DVD 10  and the below error message popped up on the screen when I got to a certain step.

Could someone help?

I have been using Gearbox, new software that was produced by Guitarport for sound recording for a while with no problems till recently when I started getting the error message below.

It seems Gearbox is unable to read data anymore.

Could that be the problem?

I have been trying to build my DVD from my digital video recorder by converting mpeg file in my computer to DVD using Adobe Encore DVD software which I had installed so as to come up with a more personal DVD creating experience. However, when I get to the step of “Build DVD”, the below error message occurs. What could have gone wrong?
