I have a query,
I had encoded some copyrighted songs that I had purchased from Apple itunes store from an Adobe Media Encoder. When I tried to import these files into an Adobe Flash using the Adobe Encore software, I received this error message. What could have gone wrong?

The software that’s used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem.

There might be a corrupted registry key in the file you are using. Try checking it by prompting the regedit command from Start then go to Run and key in regedit and press enter then check if all files are in proper order. Have a list of the extension names and files that needs to be in the folder or location of your software in the computer. Also, it might be talking about codecs. A codec is a computer program that is capable of encoding and decoding digital data stream. Most downloads are copyrighted and you need the codecs to decode them. You can also download the file codecs in the Apple storeor Google them. If you cannot identify the codec it is using and you cannot download it, try looking for another format of the file. An avi does not need a codec but might not be compatible with your software.
