I am a doctor and made an assignment on the diseases of heart. I also add an image of heart in my word document. When I made a template of my word file, the image of heart with words template has gone invisible. How can I make appearance of image in template?

I experience problems with my PDF file, I tried to open it through Microsoft word, the Microsoft word launched and telling me the file is being processed. After that Microsoft seems not recognize the file format and at last I get an error message, here is the error message.

"This PDF contains interactive features that are not supported by PDF reflow. Word will not display this content"

I am confused with this error message, I also tried to open the same file with Microsoft word several times and watch the result each time the file opened.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.
