I am using Microsoft Excel 2007. I have some formula in some cells. I want to lock some specific cells.

Is it possible in Excel? If possible, how can I lock the specific cell? Who can help me with step by step instructions? 

I have an Excel worksheet. I want to separate only unique value from that Excel worksheet. I need only formula not macro or other thing. As for example, I have 6 values in column A. I need to collect unique value from A1 to column B.

I've made an Excel Sheet for the Staff Attendance of my company.

The Present of staff is Marked in Excel Sheet as "P", while Leave is Marked as "L".

Just like below:

I want to know an Excel formula which automatically calculates the number of "P" = Present for a Staff Member in a month as well as the "L" = Leaves of a Staff member in a month.

I have some numbers such as 5.75, 3.25782, 15.25 etc. I want to round the numbers. Numbers below 0.5, I want them to be without fraction. And numbers above 0.5 I want to add plus one (+1).  Is it possible in Microsoft Excel 2007?

I’m working on Excel and would want to hide a specific worksheet to protect some data and information on computation of work expenses. And also I want to reduce the clutter of some tabs on my Excel.
