I am in the process of selecting a new phone and I do some international travel. The rep at the store told me that the phone I am considering has tri-band capability and that is good for me since I travel. What exactly does this mean and is there something else I should be considering that may be better for my travel? Thank you.

I'm going to be traveling internationally soon and I need to be able to use my phone. I do not want to pay a lot of money for use of my phone but I need to have some way to communicate. I will be there for approximately one month so it may be better for me to purchase something I can use while I am there. Any suggestions? I am looking to have calling/texting at a minimum but hopefully email capabilities too. Thanks.

I have the option to pair my phone to my car, but every time I think I am successful, it fails. What do I need to do to get this to work? It does connect for a short period of time but then if I receive a call it only comes through on the phone. I am really wishing to get thing synced up. Thank you.

I try to watch videos on my phone, and they always crash. I hear that I can use a different browser to do this, but I'm not sure if that is the issue or not, as I can't seem to get them to play at all. For instance, I will watch a video on Facebook on my laptop, but if I try it on my phone, it crashes. Any suggestions on what I need to do? Thanks.

I'm wondering what the best mobile browser is to use. I have an iPhone 6 and I typically use Google Chrome, but I am wondering what the other options are that would provide me with the best features. I do know that some sites will not load or they will crash on me so maybe if I switch I will get better results. Thanks for your replies.

I have an old Samsung galaxy SII from which I would like to copy all my contacts to my new Nokia Lumia. All contacts are about 10,000 in number and are in the phone memory.  I can't have all these copied into my sim contacts given the contact limit of 250 phone contacts for the sim card. Is there another way that I can still transfer these contacts apart from the sim card?

I am using Windows XP with my desktop computer. For the last few years upgrading and replacing my computer is not a problem with my cell phone. Eventually I have problems connecting with my cell phone. It keeps on saying “device not recognized.” What is the main cause of this problem? Is there any way that I can still salvage my cell phone and make it access with my computer? I know it’s an old phone but I haven’t have any problems in the last few years.
