I am facing two problems. When I try starting Logos I receive the message:  “Logos4 Indexer has stopped working”.

There is a message that an update is ready to be installed when I try to run Logos. If I try to install it (by clicking yes),I get runtime error saying “This program has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.” The only log file in the Log Files folder is Logos4IndexerCrash.txt.

I am running Logos 4.2a SR-3 (4.21.5.0932).

Any suggestion regarding these problems will be appreciated.

On a Windows Vista machine I run the IDT ezWrite Workshop software that I have just installed for the first time and got the error message as follows:

“Run-time error '75' Path/file access error
The software doesn’t have any information on this error on the user’s manual.
The problem is unknown.”

Could I get a solution to this error?

I get the following error when I try to install blackberry desktop software 6.0.2 on my windows 7:
Error 1402.Could not open key

UKNOWNComponents a bunch of numbers and letters a bunch of number and letters

Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel. 

To change the permissions I tried to find the key and I couldn’t find it.
I am not sure what I should do. I would request your valuable suggestion.

I downloaded authorware 7 recently and when I try to double click on the installation file, it is just opening like text file, only words.

I can't understand it why, I tried after and after, No HELP !!!

       I need to be able to upgrade a few PDF computer files from Acrobat 5 or Acrobat 7 to the Acrobat 9 structure. The iFilter for searching on our web hosting server can manage the new structure or the old ones, but not both. Obviously, we want to keep the most current format; so, we need to upgrade the present PDF information from Acrobat 5 or 7 to Acrobat 9. Could you please explain whether or not there is a way to do this in Acrobat Pro 9? If there is a way, is there also a way to make it a set job? Any sort of help or suggestion will be much appreciated.
