There is a random error on my system that I cannot say specifically what causes it to show up. It is error 404. I am just guessing a network issue but not sure. It says no gps available. Any idea?

I have a computer running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. I also have the latest .NET framework. I wanted to get the Autodesk Inventor professional version 2013. I downloaded a copy on the official website and during the installation I encountered an error as shown in the image below. I turned my Antivirus and firewall off just to see if they are blocking the setup and still the error appears. Any suggestions on this?

I have the TYPO3 CMS but it has weird behavior. For example no root node is found. Then now there is an error that throws up with the message saying there was a mistake.

Below are also other error I encountered:

error code, e.g. 1247043365

description, e.g. “Currently your TYPO3 installation seems to have no site defined, please create one by using the Manage Content module.”
