When I open Adobe Reader I get this error message below. I have uninstalled it and installed it again but still getting same error. I am using Windows 8.

It was sent to me in form of PDF. Whenever I open it in Adobe Reader 9, it gives me the error shown below, and I’m not able to type anything into the form. Any ideas?
