I have a previous computer that is a Compaq Presario, with an outlook express, that I use to log into my emails.

I then bought recently a new Toshiba Laptop and the outlook express on the new laptop did not find my email.

May I know what is the equivalent to the application Outlook Express on a Toshiba Laptop?

I just want to know the difference between host names and netbios name. 

And how do I assign hostname and netbios name for windows XP computers?

I need to set up my working email address in my iPhone. However, when I try to do this, it asks a server name. I am using webmail and the internet, but I do not know the server name. Furthermore, I have no idea how to find the server name. I have only a webmail interface. Not any outlook or windows mail. I need your kind advice to solve this problem.
