I am utilizing OUTLOOK 2007 Calendar, and my past scheduled times disappeared. I explored to view last year’s meetings however they are alll deleted! Does anybody recommend guidelines what to do? I do not sync with any computer, please advice.

 I am covering several extremely upsetting difficulties with MS Outlook 2010. Previous month the following have occurred: many of my contacts on Outlook abruptly got a '-' in front of the names e.g. John Paul, now -John Paul. It created the ascending order of my contacts entirely cluttered up; however when I go to the contacts the icon '-', disappeared. Then once I hit save and exit, abruptly it doesn’t reflect and no longer got an icon '-', however it’s no longer under 'J' or 'P’. Furthermore, a part of contact’s names has been erased unsystematically, for instance John Jack Paul, now Jack Paul. Please recommend solution what is the appropriate thing to do?

I need help accessing another person’s calendar, for which I have been granted access from my own Outlook account. How do I do it? Also, please provide me with information on how to remove another person’s access to my calendar.

I am trying to help a friend  in using Outlook 2007. He configured his email into Outlook 2007 but he encountered a problem in the deleted items folder. All the deleted emails disappeared immediately which is very unusual. Do you have any idea why is it happening? Is there a setting that will save all the deleted emails on the deleted items folder? My Dell laptop is running Microsoft Business Suite. But it has no Outlook Import/Export feature in the file menu, how can I export Outlook 2007 from other computer? Help please.

I reinstalled MS Office 2007 on my computer.  When entering my password in Outlook, it says access is denied. I already tried all my possible passwords that I used before in my Outlook account but to no avail.
