Microsoft Office
Hello, Since the last time I tried to import a MS Word file to Net Objects 9 the program keeps crashing.
It just closes and the only warning I get is an error message:
ACDSee8Pro.exe – Application Error
The instruction at “0x7c168f1d” referenced memory at “0x0000001c”. The memory could not be “read”.
Click on OK to terminate the application.
Practically all I can do is click ok which brings in the problem of crashing.
Does anyone know how to sort this out?
Please help.
Thanks.

I started with OneNote 2010 and for various reasons needed to uninstall and start using OneNote 2007. I now want to see info stored in 2010 notebooks, but I do not have 2010 loaded to use the converter. Is there another way I can from 2007 see 2010 notebooks?

I am having trouble importing mail from WLM. I tried starting my Microsoft Outlook 2010 to check my .dbx folders from the Outlook Express but it wouldn’t start. I then decided to transfer my Outlook Express to WLM. I tried both importing and exporting my mail to and from Outlook 2010 but the only thing I saw was the welcome message.
I also copied my old Outlook .pst files from my previous system which was a 2007 version, to the Outlook 2010’s store directory. I was thinking that this may have caused why I am now unable to import m mail. Do you guys know what could be going on? I would appreciate any of your insights.
Thank you.

Hello! I am having a little trouble with my Microsoft Word 2007. I am using Microsoft Office 2007 Student edition but when I start MS Word, the document I would open will just freeze. I also got the error message saying "There was a problem sending the command to the program." I tried to look for a solution and one way I could get rid of the splash screen is to end the process through the Task Manager.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office and even updated SP1 and SP2 but the problem was still there. I couldn’t even save the files in neither .doc nor .docx file formats. The rest of the MS programs were working fine on the other hand. Can you guys help me figure this out? I would really appreciate it.
Thank you.

Hi! I have a machine that runs on Windows 7 and it uses Microsoft Outlook 2007.
My calendar would open but as soon as I check my email or my contacts, Outlook would crash.
I also get this error message saying “Cannot process services, not enough memory.
Please close other programs and try again.”
The thing is I still get the same error message even if Outlook is the only program running.
My computer is a Dell 8300 with i5 Intel processor and has 6MB worth of RAM.
Is there any way for me to fix this?
This has really become frustrating for me.
Thank you in advance.

Hello there! My computer is running on Windows 7 64-bit version and I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010 32-bit version. I had this problem with Outlook when it suddenly stopped working. I clicked on the icon to start it and it starts normally although its window does not display. Instead, I see an icon on the toolbar that allows me to perform all other tasks such as email, apps, when I right-click it. I’m not receiving any error messages at all and I was able to start it while the computer is on Safe Mode. I have tried resetnavpane, uninstalling and reinstalling, and regedit to delete the profiles as seen in other posts but none of them worked for me. Do you guys have an idea how I could fix this? If so, I would appreciate your reply. Thank you.

Hi! I need to transfer Microsoft Outlook files from my desktop computer to my laptop; it’s just that I am not quite sure how to do it.
My MS Outlook is the 2003 version while my laptop is running the 2007 version.
Can you tell me the necessary steps I need to do when I transfer my MS Outlook files to my laptop?
And if it isn’t too much, can you include information on removing the current MS Outlook files on the laptop.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Thank you very much.

My computer has lost “track changes” which I use to edit mails in Outlook 2010 Beta just as in Word 2010 Beta. Could it have been removed and is there is anything else that I can do about it?

I selected some Offline folders which caused Outlook to change to non-unicode mode rendering some items to show “?” characters which are now hard and impossible to read. What could be the problem and what specific easy-to-understand steps should I do? Thanks.
