I've just recently retrieved my word files which are encrypted with password after it has been reformatted, now when I opened it, it says "word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges". Can someone help me with this? Does the formatting has something to do with this?

Is there any way to convert file from Microsoft Word to .gif format without using any software converter? If not, I should really get a software converter. The question is where I can get that software? Is there only one software to convert that file or there's a lot of them?

It is possible to track printed documents back to their original printer or photocopier, based on a serial number that is attached to each print-out?

I am having some problem with ms excel installed in my PC. I used it even yesterday.

But now it is not opening the excel files. However the other office components are working properly.

Under the circumstances I do not know what to do.

I have outlook 2010 and whenever I try to open it , it automatically shuts down and an error pops up saying MS outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close answer in the error report content its written "AppName: Outlook.exe

There is an option in ms word 2007 called add-ins and there is a function which says create PDF but unfortunately I cannot create PDF with it. In fact it never responded to the command.

I do not no whether these command need any specification to work.

Please someone help me get this problem solved and help me create PDF with this.

I am having some tough time dealing with header and footer in ms office word 2007.

I set the header and footer to a page and set the time and page number and date format. But and I proceed to the next page the date number, and the page remains the same and I do not know what else to do.

So when I open up a presentation of mine in Powerpoint 2010 it says that it has found a problem with the content and asks if I want to repair the problem. When I hit repair Powerpoint stops responding ! What should I do ?

I upgraded my Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010. Given that I am running Google Calendar, I want to sync my calendar through Outlook. With Outlook 2007, I was able to use the Google Calendar Syncapplication. But after installing Outlook 2010, the organization of the calendar didn’t work anymore. It was messed up. And while synchronizing, I get this error message:

Google Calendar Sync supports Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007 only. Your version is 14.0.0A760
