Hello all,

I am using Microsoft office 2007 on my pc. When I try  to import an excel file to ALM,

I get the following error message. The screenshot of the error is as follows:

 The error reads as:

A general error has occurred. Restart Microsoft Excel. ’Automation error The object invoked has disconnected from its clients.’

I have also tried it on other computers as well, but  the same error message appeared.

Could you please help me ? looking forward to your advice.

Hi all,

I was using Microsoft outlook the other day but suddenly it got stuck. When the  Microsoft Application Error Reporting window popped up, I  tried to report the error but it also got stuck . The screenshot of the error is attached below:

There is an error with filezilla xls. I downloaded filezilla and the installation flow was good and was successful but when I tried to open xls files in my Microsoft excel 2007 there is an error occurred which is unable to open file. How can I resolve this and what is with this filezilla xls problem? I hope you can help me. Thanks

When I was writing a good paragraph i face many problem. Such as I am unable to copy a line, not cut a line and my pc were hang. I am unable find out the problem.

I would like to have my planning board exported to excel. I have encountered difficulty along the process. What I did was, I switched to the Issue Navigator first. In the Issue Navigator, I can’t seem to find the button to export it to excel. What should I click when I am in Issue Navigator status so I can export my planning board to excel?

I just upgraded my Microsoft Office from 2003 to Microsoft Office 2010. I like the changes in the new version. As this is a complete new package and solution, I am quite lost when it comes to using the Microsoft Access. The interface has changed and there are a lot of new tools now.
