My users are having problems trying to access their messages on Outlook Web App with the below error message. I am not sure of what to do next, whether to update my DNS settings or change E1 name server settings. Please help.

1. I am running Windows Vista and Office 2010. I installed Zoho Plugin for Office but I got the below error message when I tried logging in

It is a good time to ask few questions on ms word and clear my doubts.Firstly, is there any alternative suite available in the market which provide all the features like ms word?Secondly, which is by far the most user friendly and widely used package among ms word 2003 / 2007 / 2010?Last but not the least,can i draw tables in a rich text document if ms word is missing in my system?I am Waiting for my answers.Thanks

Using add to dictionary option in MS Word 2003, I keep adding new words, which are red underlined in my word documents. I have installed MS Word 2010 and noticed while typing documents that most of the words, which I added do not get picked automatically by MS Word 2010, in fact those words are missing from MS Word 2010 dictionary. I want to transfer my word dictionary from 2003 to 2010. Suggest me the best possible solution of how doing this?
