I want to insert html template into outlook express for sending mails, but I don't know the way to create html email template in outlook express.

I am using total access admin 2003 version to monitor the database, restrict the user from data corruption and activity of users.

I want to update my program and looking for a patch for total access admin.

Is there any update or patch available online?
