Hi people!

I have tried Microsoft Dynamics CRM and found it to be quite effective. I decided to purchase a full version and it also worked well for some time. I tried to modify registry files to create trace files to track any modifications done by MS CRM. This has caused the whole application to fail to work completely and I have no traces to track my way back. What do I have to do to avoid a complete new setup?

I changed my location from the United States of America to Israel. Most of the people that I am working with do not understand English and therefore I would like to change Outlook Express to Hebrew for ease in learning. Can someone tell me how I can execute this? This is very urgent, please.

I have configured an email in Microsoft Office Outlook, and I normally sync it with my Phone where I also have several contacts.

Every time that I sync I realize that the files are configured differently in my Outlook showing some as 'First, Last' while others show 'Last,First'.

Is there a way in which I can change mass file as outlook to have uniformity in my contacts?

This will save me a bunch during mass emailing and backing up my contacts.
