Linux

Hi!

I am looking for ideal options I could take after using Red Hat Certified Engineer. I am considering Sun Solaris Scarified System and Cisco but I am not quite sure yet, which one to go for.

I hope you can share with me your ideas.

Thank you.

I’m trying to compile VirtualBox which runs for quite a long time on my CentOS 5.6 Linux. Afterwards, it complains that there are invalid options to Irelease. I’ve done everything to resolve the issue to no avail. I already search for the program qt47 but I could not find it. I only find qt3 so I want to know if someone here has the same issue that they manage to resolve. If so, please help me fix this. Where can I download qt47 and if you have an alternative resolution, kindly inform me. Thanks in advance.

When I’m trying to install Oracle 10g on a Linux operating system, I got this error “OUI-10207: there is not enough disk space in the OUI swap area”, but I already set all the variables correctly upon installation. With Oracle Enterprise Linux 5 I have installed it well in which I install VMware on a 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7. Any suggestions to this? Thank you.

I am currently using Amahi server to host my files and other important tasks that will run on my Minecraft Server. However, I am tired and confused with it, and I need a better file protection. I don’t want to use any software that is based on Fedora. Currently, I have four hard drives, and another hard drive has a total of 2TB is on the way soon. The Linux operating system that will be installed is either Ubuntu or Mint. Now I am looking at these given solutions:

FlexRaid (for researching)

Unraid (paying =)

FreeNas (FreeBSD =)

Mdadm (no info)

If the Linux desktop is still difficult to use, is there anything that can be done to improve it?
