I used two email accounts in my Outlook. I am no longer using both emails and I have set up a new POP 3 email account. It is working with the composition of new mails. But when I click a hyperlink to mail it, it composes from my old email ids.  I have checked and confirmed that both old ids are already removed. I don’t know what is happening. Any help please?

I want to delegate admin to somebody and whenever an email is sent on my behalf, it would be nice to get an email alert. I have searched the rule setting but the ‘on behalf of’ is not shown. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

I am not allowed to send an attachment from programs such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, Adobe Acrobat etc. An error message is displayed which says that there is some problem with MAPI 1.0. To resolve this, I tried office repair, recreated all profiles and reinstalled the Office. The problem just remains. Can anyone help me on this please?

I would like to use my Touchpad to watch TV shows. I have searched through different websites that can allow me to do this. However, this provision requires other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. The application also prompted me to install Silver Light on my laptop. Can I install these web browsers and Silver light on my Touchpad?

Every time I attempt to watch a video since switching to IE9, my computer crashes. It will act like the video is going to play and then it just crashes internet explorer. I always let it attempt to fix the problem but haven't had any luck yet. Is it possible to just go back to IE8 or is there something better out there in terms of watching videos? I'm homebound so I spend a lot of time using my laptopand watching videos.

My laptop has a problem. When I connect it to the internet through our home network it doesn’t connect. When I check the
connection settings it is indicated that the connection is working properly. But when I go to my browser it shows me that it’s offline.

Our company would like to have an automatic signature or disclaimer text on our mail messages. Currently, we are using Microsoft Office 2007 but not the Outlook Exchange; and our clients are using XP PRO PS3 with Outlook 2007. My question is, does Office 2007 have this kind of feature or we do need to use Outlook Exchange?

Some user are using “Mac lotus notes 8.5” or 7, and send out attachment documents to “yahoo/gmail” a xls or doc files,
the “yahoo/gmail” says “it is virus Can’t open”.

If the same file send from “XP client 7” or 8, there's no problem.

What should i do or change the setup in Mac to make it okay?
