We are testing the new Exchange Server Integration and we have a dilemma. There are users "outside" our organization with no exchange account who at present need to file emails and without synchronization – only filing emails – it looks impossible. If a user without an Exchange account initiates filing an email we get an error message as:

This action cannot be performed as you are not enabled on CRM server to synchronize with Exchange. Please contact your CRM system administrator.

I used the option on v7.1c with the CRM Client Application plug-in version 7.1.0.3. Is there a way to enable non-exchange users to file emails without creating extra exchange accounts?

Hi, I am using Postini Message Filtering at present and I have the suitable MX records (and the MX records) functional to my domain identity.  A recent internet-related outage for some hours resulted to some lost emails and I found out that spooling did not happen even though it was arranged to do so.  Now I am wondering why Postini did not routinely do this.  I have not any kind of internet connectivity on my server during the time when the internet connection was down so I know that it had not reset the default 15-minute timer.  Can somebody explain why this happened and how it can be avoided in the future? Thank you so much.

We were tasked to bring down our Exchange server in preparation for an upgrade and we are using Postini and Mail Bagging services for a day or more.

I am wondering how much time does it take for Postini to collect all our mails so we can estimate when we should back up our server?

Is it advisable to end mail delivery to Postini for the time being, before we take the server down?

As I have mentioned we are scheduled to upgrade our Exchange server this week and would like to hear some suggestions regarding the matter.

After I had upgraded Lotus Notes Client to version 8.5.3 it could no longer connect to the server. Instead it shows this error message: "Sametime Login Failed – Reason: Unable to log in to the Sametime server x because this client is not authorized. Please contact your system administrator."

When running the IBM Lotus Domino Access for Microsoft Outlook Setup, I am facing the following error when trying to check / load my lotus notes ID;

It has been my routine to take a look at my e-mail box user interface, refreshing my mailbox soon after my Notes 8.0.1 upgrade.

The New action button is not available to me for saving attachments to a Quickr place, I presume.  On choosing the Preferences menu item I faced an error message as follows:

“The specified database driver does not support this function.”

The status bar indicates this message: “qkr”: “NoCache”

My Enkompass™ is showing an error when opening the scheduled tasks in Web Service Offerings Infrastructure (WSOI). The error is stating “The application has experienced an unexpected error.” I posted the exact error image. What is the solution for this?

I keep getting this error whenever I tried to add an email account in my Motorola Droid RAZR. I am under Verizon and have been experiencing this for quite some times. The error says “You have already added this email account”. I opened the Verizon website on my browser and tried to check for any solution but I have no luck. Can someone please help me fix it? The error code 80040154 appears when I am using Windows Update.

I also receive “Class Not Registered” message. An error happens while checking for new updates for my computer.

And windows could not search for new updates.

What needs to be done to fix this problem?
