Why every time I open a new tab, my Google chrome browser displays an offset webpage, no matter how many times I refresh?

Than I have restarted my PC many times, but I get the same problem.

Yahoo messenger error: While trying to copy the messages which my friends sent to me on instant messenger it won’t allow me and a window just appears and says: “file:///C:/Program%20Files/Yahoo!/Messenge…do you want to continue running scripts on this page?” Nothing happened after pressing the “yes” and after that I pressed no and, as usual, nothing happened.

I am having a problem with GroupWise 8 client.

When I attempt to ‘trust’ a received digital certificate from an email, I get an error. I am using the following system:

Microsoft Windows XP

Novell GroupWise 8.0 SP1 Hot Patch 1

Novell GroupWise 8.0.1 HP1 Client for Windows

Every time I try to trust the certificate of the sender by clicking the red warning button or by toggling File > Security > Properties, I receive an error.
