Hey Abel!

I am a user of Mozilla Firefox and I uses Internet Download Manager to download files. Both have a great combination. I really enjoy their services.

The solution to your problem is very simple. You just have to follow these steps to solve your problem.

1. First of all open Internet Download Manager.

2. On the upper toolbar, click on "Downloads" tab and select options.

3. Internet Download Manager Configuration box will open. Click on General Tab.

4. Here you can see a list of all browsers. Check the box against Mozilla Firefox and click OK.

If that box is already checked and your browser is not working with Internet Download Manager then follow these steps.

1. Open Mozilla Firefox browser and click on the Tools tab and select "Add-ons".

2. Here you can see the list of all Add-ons that are working with Mozilla Firefox.

3. Find the IDM add-on and remove it (As it is the older version).

4. Now you need to install the new Add-on for the IDM.

Click on the following link that will install the latest Add-on for IDM

http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/idmmzcc/idmmzcc.xpi

Install the Add-on and restart the browser.

Now your IDM will work with Mozilla Firefox.

Thanks

Internet Download Manager 6.09 build 3 does very well integrate with Mozilla Firefox 11.0. Let me try your problem to solution.

Did you try reinstalling both the softwares?

I feel that you must first install Firefox 11 then install internet Download Manager 6.09 build 3.

Try Internet Explorer. Upgrade IE to its latest version and turn it to your default web browser and try again. This should open in Internet Explorer. If it opens, then try allowing the site at Mozilla Firefox 11. Then try Mozilla at default again.

Such problems occur very less often. If all the above method fails, then Its good to leave with Mozilla and try with Opera, Google Chrome which are also supported by internet Download Manager 6.09 build 3.

I have been using internet Download Manager 6.09 build 3 for the last 2 years and have no problems with Opera. This works well and fast. I expect you take the latest of Opera and start with the new stylish graphics of Opera.

Thanks.
