I have a Dell Inspiron running on Windows 8, Windows live Mail is receiving emails but I have a problem sending them, the progress bar will freeze and then disappear without a message whether the email has been sent or not, the Email is not included in the sent mail box, what could be the problem? How can I get Emails being sent?

I am using Facebook messenger on Windows 8.1 which has these chat pop ups and they are getting all the focus such that, if I was typing in Word, the typed letters are appearing on the chat popup, I have tried disabling them but it is not working, How can I disable these pop ups? or how can I lower their focus level?

I am using Linksys EA4500 router and I want to block some sites in my house (likes of youtube and facebook), on computers the settings are working fine, but on my Galaxy S4 am still able to access all those sites via the same router, How can I make sure even mobile devices cannot access these sites?

I have FireFox 26.0 which Tweaked a bit to increase my browsing speed, I changed Network. Pipping from 32 to 35, then introduced browser. Turbo. Boolean to true, since then my computer (Acer Aspire running on Windows 8) is freezing every time I start Firefox, I want to reset the browser to its defaults but the freezes are not allowing me to navigate the application, how do I solve this one? And why are these changes freezing my computer off every time I start the application?
