I use Hotmail (now Outlook) and I cannot get my email attachments to open. It gives me the option to view or download but no matter what I select I am getting an error. Any suggestions on what I can try? I have tried restarting and also logging back out of email then back on but no luck. Thanks.

Hello, I always use Google as my home page, and even though I know they change the design according to the day, etc., it just doesn't look quite right to me. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it looks almost a bit fuzzy.  It doesn't look that way when I go to work and use it on my work desktop. I'm not sure if this could be a virus? All my anti-virus software is up to date, and no other sites look this way. Thanks.

Hello, I am changing browsers but I do not want to lose all of my favorites. Can I import all of my favorites from Explorer to Firefox? If so, can someone explain how to do that? I go to a board frequently and today when I went to it, I can tell it has been accessed anonymously.  My name and address has been registered, so is there anything I need to be concerned with regarding my information? I am recording certain addresses around a specific area and it would be easiest for me to copy and paste. If I use Google Maps, can I copy and paste the addresses in an Excel spreadsheet, and would it require a lot of formatting?
