How to test my website through my paid provider?

I have just finished creating my website and would like to test through my server without publishing but still using my server?

My desktop looks somewhat the same with this image. Now, my problem is that my games are closing to desktop. Can you please tell me what is happening? I mean, what could be the reasons for this? Are there ways to stop this? And is it still possible for me to retrieve them?

This is an example of pop-up internet ad. I am not rude but I just want to be honest. This and other pop-up ads are really annoying. Are there ways to stop this? My default browser is Microsoft internet explorer.

I have recently downloaded Google Chrome as one of my web browsers. Every time I try to browse using it, it either refuses to load, or when it loads, it takes time to respond. When it responds, toggling between tabs becomes almost impossible. What program was used to create Google Chrome. Why is it different from Mozilla and Internet Explorer? Finally, how can I solve this problem?

I was living in Malaysia for 6 years.  I was using my MSN without having any problem.  Now, I just moved back to my home land and was trying to log-in to my MSN, but it has been blocked.  It asked me to log-in from the place where I used to log-in.It was asking me to reset the password through cellphone number.  Currently, I am unable to receive call and sms from that cellphone number just because of the deactivated roaming services.

My Yahoo Messenger was working correctly until last night. I have been receiving error messages since last night. It says that i have keyed in wrong user ID or wrong password.

Need help on this guys. My Yahoo Messenger ID is sending messages with links to all my contacts without my knowledge. Sometimes I am not even signed in to Yahoo Messenger but my friends would tell me that they are receiving instant messages from me. Is it possible that my email address was compromised?

I am receiving mysterious emails from a certain email address that I am not familiar with. I was advised to check the email headers of those emails so I can get the identity of the person who is sending me those emails. I know what to do to be able to view the email headers but since I'm not really an IT expert I do not know how to explain the information that I see on those email headers. Please help me out.
