My Office Live account is working until February, 2012, and I need to get more storage before then. Why can’t I purchase more storage now?

What other features does Office 365 For Professionals and Small Businesses give Office Live Small Business? What are the differences in these features?

I am a Google Chrome user and still want to be.  Google Chrome was working fine yesterday, but today I suddenly receive this error message stating the Google Chrome has crashed. 

I tried restarting and also reinstalling Google Chrome, but the same error happened. 

I don’t want to switch to a new browser.

Please help resolve the issue.

I changed our web application from classic modem Authentication to claims based Authentication and this is where my problem started. I can’t login to my windows account anymore, an error is stating “access denied error”.  But when I try to add user group with full read access permission I can be able to  login. Please help me fix this so that old users can still access their account without adding them again in the User Policy.

I have a problem downloading videos and large files on the internet. I have several computers connected into the network and they are working well except for the newly upgraded computer which has H67M-D2B3 Gigabyte motherboard and i5-2500 Intel quad core processor with windows 7 64-bit. I don’t think it’s the internet connection making this interruption on downloading huge files because I run a speed test and the result is perfect.  Am I missing something? Do I need some drivers to resolve this issue? Please help I don’t know what’s the problem with this computer.

I am using Lotus 1-2-3 installed on a server. I used to be able to change the colours but now, when I click the colour box, it appears empty, with no colour option.

All the computers in my network run on Windows XP SP2 and the server works with Windows 2000.

How to get the colour box back in function?
