Why does my network connection drop every so often?

I use a MacBook and use Firefox in it. I think it's not a problem in the router because all lights on the router are green. Then what's the problem?

How can I visit sites without leaving any traces on my browsing history ?  I am not sure if I can ask this question here, but giving a try. I could use the information for general browsing trace clearing also.

I cannot remain logged in a website such as Gmail or Facebook.  The website kicks me off and keeps prompting me to log in.

What do I do? 

I recently installed an add-on with my Firefox 4. Since then, Firefox 4 crashes. Sometimes,  it would freeze. I am forced to use Chrome ( don't get me wrong.  Chrome is nice.  It's just that  I'm a Firefox 4 fan :))

I always want to use Chrome in incognito mode.  I do not want to open Chrome, and then turn into incognito mode. I want it in incognito mode by default,  as soon as I launch Chrome.

I've tried a lot but could not find the problem. Can anybody tell me why my internet download manager is not working with my Firefox 4? I''ve also enabled advance browser integration in internet download manager but Firefox could not install IDM plug-ins. Help me to get rid of that.

Kindly please help me on how to CAP Bandwidth on my internet? Because I'm having problems with my 2 PC, it was shared internet connection and i used it only on the email. The other one is using video streaming and downloading. When i used my email it really takes time to send it even without attachment. I want to CAP my Bandwidth and i don't know how?
