When opening my computer and start browsing the web with my Internet Explorer 9, I keep encountering the following message: “The instruction at 0x62304320 referenced memory at 0x62304320. The memory could not be read.” Any of you knows what is causing this error and how I can resolve it?

Every time I try to download files in the internet, an error pop ups which says that I need to reinstall missing Its.dll/1ts.dll (not sure if it was an “I” or “1”). And also, when I visit Yahoo, it keeps asking me to delete cookies which I don’t know how to do. So, I would like to ask anyone how to do this “delete cookies” thing. Any of you knows how to? I am curious whether cloud hosting would suit me.  I have 5 servers to cater to simple websites which I am hosting right now.  The bandwidth is about 10 GB per month.  Would going cloud mean that I would compromise the quality of my servers?  Is it similar with VPS?  Would it suit me or should I just stick to my current situation?

Is there anyone out there who is an expert on cloud hosting?  I really would like to know more about it, although I would maybe need someone who could simplify it for me.  Also, I am curious whether Windows is better than Linux in terms of main operating system when you run a virtual server.

Your opinion would be highly appreciated.

I need your expert advice.  I have entries in public folder in my MESO.  They are not mail-enabled. They won't also show that they are mail-enabled. I know that this is a bug but I am hesitant to make drastic actions.
