Hi, I want to know how to create internet forms with animated text. I’m adding a subscribe form on my blog sidebar. I googled some sites that allowed me to customize forms but the customization options were only limited through their templates. I need to find a guide on this and make my text animated on the form. I haven't done this before.

I use Opera to browse websites for more than three months, it worked fine until yesterday.  When I try to download a file in .Doc format, it fails and an error message appears. The message says that the file does not exist.  Please find below the screenshot for your reference.

I did try to install Firefox version 3.6.6 into my computer. While trying to install I received an error message of policy restriction and the software can not install. The error message you can see in the below attached image. Can I change the policy If how it is possible?
