I have an image and I need to map it. Is there any tool for map images free. I want to add links to various parts of the image so that visitors can click on the part and get redirected to a hyper linked pages.

I have logitech webcam which has great image quality and great driver support. But the thing is the zoom is not linear as in the zoom goes from 1x to 5x instead of 1x-1.1x-1.2x etc. Can anyone tell me is there any to modify a webcam zoom through an additional software or any alternative ways to do it?

I am transferring files from my computer to my office web server. These are huge files, by the way. Do I need a big FTP file transfer software for me to do this?
