when I shut down my computer the time and date is not stay correct. The time and date of my computer goes to default.

How can I solve this problem?

Recently my laptop is not working properly due to some problem of a partition. That partition cannot be formatted and also cannot be deleted. When windows load it always ask to run Disk Checkup. But the disk check is also not completed and get stacked.
