How do I install Outlook contacts plug in from IMAP of Yahoo?  I have Microsoft Outlook 2007 that keeps on crashing.  I would like to sync it with Yahoo for email and contacts retrieval so I won't have to re-configure Outlook.

My PCI Simple Communications Controller is showing an exclamation mark in Device Manager, even after clicking update automatically, it's showing the same. I am using Windows 7 on my system, Please advice on how this issue arose and how to overcome this issue.

I think I accidentally installed the plugin Octoshape 32 bits in my Mozilla Firefox browser.  It now keeps asking if I want to update the said plug in.  How do I delete or uninstall the Octoshape plug in?  I'm on Windows XP 64 bit.

Please help.  I can't remember my admin log in password.  I'm on a Windows XP system and I already have the ISO image.  How do I recover admin ISO password?  I need step by step instructions as I am not that technical.  Thanks in advance for the help.
