Hi guys, all of sudden my yahoo mail is disabled I mean deactivated for 24 hours for unknown reason I did not try to log in again and again which is the reason when yahoo will deactivate any account but I did not do so. Then why did yahoo deactivated my account.Please help me get it back activated

Hi guys, please help me I forgot my Windows 8 password I don't know how come I forget as I changed the password just yesterday but still forgot it.I even tried to open it thinking what I may have set the password but it did not work please help me if anybody here knows how to retrieve it or open the windows without password please let me know.
