I would like to ask a question.

I was trying to synchronize using BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer when the following message appeared:

The Tasks database cannot not be accessed for synchronization.

For help resolving this issue, refer to KB19454 in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Knowledge Base.

Previously I have set my Facebook service book as the default calendar.

Any advice on how can I solve this problem that is synchronize?

I tried to install BlackBerry Desktop Software 4.0.1 on my computer (Microsoft Windows OS). While installing the BlackBerry Desktop Software, installation files failed to register (oasisapi.dll) with Microsoft Windows and the following error appeared:

BlackBerry Desktop Software 4.0.1 Installer Information

Error 1904. Module C:Program FilesResearch In MotionBlackBerryConnectorsL05Connectoroasisapi.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147221164. Contact your support personnel.

Also other files failed to register.

I have a Blackberry 8700 that I used at work so I synced it with my Lotus Notes Account. Every time I received an email, I store it in a folder where it is the same folder as my Lotus notes, then suddenly, I lose a lot of folders on my Blackberry, but I did not lose all of them because some are missing and some are not. What is causing this? I Need suggestions, thank you.

I need help to back up my iPhone 4. I was so eager to set up my iPhone 4 so I did it on my friend’s laptop instead of mine. I also used his laptop to back it up. Now, every time I try to back up my iPhone 4 in my computer, it would freeze.

I just need to know if backing up my iPhone 4 in my friend’s laptop is the reason why I couldn’t do it on my own computer.

I also need to know if there’s something I can do about it.

I am being charged extra for downloading software applications and ringtones on my Blackberry.

Why is this so?

I am using a Blackberry Bold and I am trying to view a very long image which is three times longer than my Blackberry screen. When I open the picture on my application, I cannot view the whole picture.

I can only see the top and bottom part of it, the middle part is missing. How can I see the whole image as one and not part by part or line by line?

When I first try the black berry, I am surprised that it can do some barcode scanning.

There are some available blue tooth barcode scanners that a blackberry can use.

Does this features of blackberry is the same as the barcode scanners that is used in the supermarket? 

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a new Blackberry Curve 9300 and I just noticed that even after waiting for a long time for the charging to finish, the battery level never reaches 100%.

I've tried it a couple of times already.

I'll plug it in, the little charging bolt is there, still it never reaches maximum, It only reaches about 95% and that's it.

Does anyone know why this happens?

Hi! I have a blackberry  curve that was working fine. I accidentally dropped it and now it powered ON but the screen doesn't come up with anything. I tried removing the battery and leaving it OFF for a few minutes but when I powered it On its still not working. Is there anything simple I can do to fix it?
