I installed DOS and then tried to run "C". Now I can execute my codes but not as efficiently as it was executing them on Windows XP. Is there any other software available for designing and executing codes?

One Mozilla add-on file that was uploaded  to the hosting that I use now is FireFTP.  I find it difficult to skip upload existing files hosted. I have a Google Adsense account and have posted on my blog. I also have Adwords accounts. Does Google Adsense TOS violation if I plug Adwords blog that leads to the fitted Adsense? If it does not violate the TOS, Google seems unfair because I thinkAdwords how it works almost the same as Paid per Click.
