I am trying to play games on my system and tried to open them as usual but it's not successful like before rather it says d3dx9_43 dll missing. What does d3dx9_43 dll mean?

I noticed a file named accelerometerst exe in my system. I wonder is this file safe? What does accelerometerst exe do in a system?

I am having an error in relation to wfica.exe files. The wfica exe error occurred while I was trying to invoke a specific function in relation to printing. I am in doubt whether it’s a virus or is it a safe file. Any ways how can I get rid of this error?

I was 4.0.1 loaded and wanted to install the new 4.1.1, and it loads, installs, then gives me the error above, then uninstalls and says that the software has not been uninstalled. I have the Passport SE Essential and Vista Business operating systems. Often, the WDFME.exe process continues and resumes my computer. The only way to stop this is to restart. Can not safely eject it due to an error. I have to restart almost every day. How can I prevent this process from taking over my machine?
