I was 4.0.1 loaded and wanted to install the new 4.1.1, and it loads, installs, then gives me the error above, then uninstalls and says that the software has not been uninstalled. I also got into the program / functions and tried to uninstall the whole package there, and it goes so far, so it gives me the exact mistake. In my 8.1, WIN is something watered. All suggestions?

This error occurs when there are registry errors. You can download, run and search CCleaner registry errors. Complete uninstallation of the existing version of AOO can also be useful. Uninstalling AOO does not remove any customizations or other elements of your user profile, even your files.
