I have this error from my new game that I have installed on my PC. Total Annihilation is giving me this error and I don’t know what it means. I have this error when I want to play online. I have a high speed Internet connection and this should not be a problem. Can anyone help me to fix this error ? What could be the problem.

I installed Modern Warfare on my laptop today, but when I tried to play the game this error cut all my dreams of playing. I don’t know how can be solved this error, the only thing that I did was to reinstall the game hoping to solve it, no chance. Is any expert online and can help me to fix this error? Today I reinstalled my Windows 7 (x32) on my laptop and I have this error for the first time. I never had this error before reinstalling my Windows and I to think that I might did something wrong in settings when the installer was running. Can anyone help me to fix this error? I downloaded Krasha application to generate some errors and crashes but it seems like I have this error when I try to open Krasha application.
