Recently, I was trying to update my Skype on Windows 7 Operating System.

During the installation of Skype I got the following error message saying “The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory”.

I have reinstalled this program, but the same problem exists.

I have installed Windows 8 Operating System but I can’t open web pages on Internet Explorer 10. The following error message appears when I try to open IE 10. Recently, I have installed and uninstalled a myriad of programs during the course of trying to diagnose the memory problem. Now I am not able to play Windows media Player if I go to the Music or Video sections the Media Centre crashes. I was able to use the TechNet Terminal Services and now I decided to use the Office 2013 but I am not getting the keys for Remote Desktop. When I used the existing keys and try to run setup.exe from the Office 2013 that I have downloaded from the TechNet I received the following error message.
