I am trying to use Office Pro Plus 2013 that includes Lync 2013 but now I am not able to connect Lync with Office 365. I have also tried to use the online assistance but nothing happened. How can I connect it properly? Is there any problem with the server? Need assistance.

Lync 2013 on Office Pro Plus 2013 won’t connect
This error is due to a mismatch between the accounts used in Lync and Outlook.
Check if K9 Web protection is installed on your computer. Uninstall the K9 web protection.K9 Web protection might be blocking Lync from accessing some background websites or services. Do uninstall or disable any web filtering or protection programs and then log in again.
Solution 2: The exchange mailbox to which Outlook is connected must be associated with the same Office 365 user account to which Lync is connected. If the connection exists to different Office 365 organization,you might experience this error. Check that the primary SMTP address and the principal names are the same.
