Everything except mysql is working well after updating my server to Ubuntu 10.04. The previous version was 8.04. Since updating, I am not able to access myspl from local network. I have tried a number of options. First is setting the server to ‘’listen to all’’ to sensitize to all IP addresses. Secondly, I have used netstat to find the port it senses. All these seem not work for me. Is there anything that needs to be done that I have missed. Please assist.

Would I need a 2 license package for my Mac computers? I have a Mac Book Pro that I use when I travel and an iMac that I use when I’m at home. I only use computer at a time.

I have a friend who recommended me to have JetAudio Basic 6.0.6 in my computer. I tried installing it in my laptop but a file error occurred. I kept on choosing the ‘Ignore’ button but still the same error keeps on coming out. After some time of hitting ignore, my laptop suddenly stopped working. Why is it like that? Please help me. I indicated below the error message that popped out when I tried to install the JetAudio software.

I would need help in determining companies that are major cloud hosts. I know that Amazon is a major cloud hosting provider through the Amazon Web Service division. What is the main distinction of a cloud host from a regular host? Do they have a different billing and monitoring system but similar equipment?

I would like to know what it means by half duplex and full duplex mode. I mean, what is the difference. Again, what is the implication of setting the system devices to either of the two modes with the following settings 10 Mbps full duplex, 100 Mbps half duplex, 1000 Mbps full duplex?

Can somebody please tell me how could I recover my Thief: Deadly Shadows file? I have the game via steam on my Windows 7 x64-bit version. Initially, the game is okay; it ran fine in general though it would sometimes stop working. But sometime lately, when the game stopped working and I tried to open it again, it won’t start anymore. My computer could not locate the Thief: DS saved file. What should I do? Please help me. Thank you in advance. 

I would like to know more about cloud computing. What are the disadvantages in adopting cloud computing? Is there a difference between cloud computing and regular hosting wherein a customer has paid a fixed amount of storage and bandwidth monthly?

I am trying to edit the metadata field descriptions of video files that I am streaming using WMP 11. The streaming is from my Windows home server to my entire network. I am not able to effect the editing since I am only allowed read only access rights please advise me on how I can gain read/write access to the metadata description fields.
