I am a mac user and working in Illustrator CS4. I screwed something up with the program - when I open an Illustrator doc I get an ERROR message that plug ins are missing (Calligraphic Brush Tool & Offset Path). And I can not access my tools.

"Connection closed by remote host" is the report I am getting while using FTP client to download a large file from an FTP server with FileZilla, configured according to specs. I cannot figure out the cause of the problem. Can you please help me with this?

That is the result of my effort to connect Filezilla to sub-domain on HostGator. Despite a check on FileZilla FTP connection and configuration, I still am getting ‘Timed out’ error. Do you have an idea on how I can succeed?

I am only getting a load error message when trying to convert frap videos using a trial version of Aiprosoft Total Video Converter, I do not have any idea what is causing the problem. Do have someone here who is able to help with this? Please do.

I have downloaded an original animation video (OAV) that is in avi format. I desire to have it in wmv format for view on Zune. As I try to convert it the following error message returns: ‘Cannot open the file’. Does anyone have an idea on how I can achieve the conversion? Your assistance is highly needed.

I need to increase frame size from the default setting that is176x144 in “Total video converter”. I cannot find the setting in the drop down list. My target is 320x240 pixels of 3GP output. I don’t really know what to go about this. Would you please be in a position to assist?

My cousin recommended me to play Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance because she knows that I like real-time strategy computer games. For that reason that I downloaded it in Amazon and installed it in my laptop. However, when I opened it, a message prompted telling “Wrong disk inserted. Please insert the original Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance CD/DVD.” That’s when I realized that I downloaded an original disk and now I can’t play the game. Could you please tell me how I should go about this? Thank you very much in advance for your help. 

Good day! My friends and I wanted to play Space Siege that’s why we tried creating accounts through the GPGnet client, but we failed. So what we did is go to their website and made accounts there. Then, we activated our accounts and followed the necessary actions to complete the process.  In spite of this, we still cannot login to the GPGnet client. Do you know why this incident keeps on happening? I hope you could help me and my friends with our problem. Thank you very much.

I have recently installed a new video game in my laptop. However, I cannot play it because both the audio and graphics of the game are not synchronized. The former functions too fast while the latter is very slow and stop frequently. Can somebody please help me find a solution for this? Your suggestions or recommendations will be very helpful to me.
