I’ve been wondering if it is safe to delete config.msi folder in my root drive of my windows. I’ve open the folder and found out that there are some files with the extensions of .RBS and RBF. I'm encountering this Code39 error with DVD/CD-ROM since I’ve tried to fix some issue with my DVD drive. I’ve tried many things to fix theproblem but none of them seems to work.
