I use the extension on Google Chrome but it is not working properly. It doesn't save my system information and it doesn't even load the information about games properly. How can I fix this error?

I have Windows 8 tablet and I have Netflix app installed on it. The app worked fine few days ago but it is not working these days. When I touch the app icon, the app starts and a white dot circle appears. It loads as usual. But it loads forever. I have left it to load for about 3 hours now but it is not working. How can I fix this error?
