I am planning to take the CCNP Security Certification and I wonder if it's alright to go for it without a CCNA Security certification yet. Is CCNA a prerequisite to CCNP? I have finished the CCNP switching and I'm still working on the ASA firewall. Got any recommendations for me?

I have an HP ENVY 700t computer running on Windows 7 with a 400GB HDD. The computer crashed all of a sudden while I'm on the internet. When I rebooted it, it will no longer boot to Windows. I reinstalled the OS and it didn't resolve the issue. How should I know if the hard drive is failing. Is there a certain diagnostic I can run?

I am using Logitech mouse. It worked properly for so many days. But recently it is not working at all. I removed the USB and changed different ports and PCs. But no use. The laser light is also not coming. The green light is coming on when I click the mouse. So I thought it is not related to battery issue. What could be the problem here? I am out of warranty on this one. So, is it simple to fix or not. Please let me know if anybody has any solution for this. Thanks a lot!

I bought a new HP Color Printer Laser jet CP3505. Look wise and features are very good. Since last week when I print papers in bulk (like 20 at one go) one of the printed papers is coming out with a yellowish color. But, from yesterday, this problem is coming for each and every page. I have replaced the cartridge with a new one, but still same problem. Is this a problem with the cartridge or the printer itself? Do I need to replace the printer or is there any solution. Please someone help me out here. Thanks.

Recently I have purchased cannon EOS 7D. It is not turning on even though it is fully charged . I bought 3 batteries as someone suggested that this is due to battery issue. But that didn't work. I purchased new iPhone 5. It is great, but faced a serious problem. The battery charging will come 5 hours When the phone is powered on. But when I switch off the phone the battery is discharging that time and later I can't power on my phone again. I tried so many solutions like changing the battery, charging etc. But nothing worked. Please somebody help me out finding some solution regarding this problem. Thanks a lot!

I have a new iMac and was working properly. I changed the hard drive. It works without any issues. Afterwards, I put new cover and glass is back on, but wonder video is not visible. I removed the cover and videos are visible. I have checked whole thing. Everything is works fine. Please kindly help me to find the solution. Thanks in advance!

Hi, recently I have owned a new Google Nexus 5 phones. The phone is really awesome. I liked it so much in all aspects. But the only issue is with charging. Hi, I am using 13.3-inch MacBook Air 1.8GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 model. I am a fan of Mac Books and I like this one very much. I always handled this with care and it never dropped off or no problems. But, suddenly from last week I see a vertical green line on the screen. I have tried to reboot several times, but no use. Is this a problem with the screen or display card? Can I change any hardware component or I have to replace the screen altogether? Please advice how can I fix .

I have got new Samsung Galaxy Note 3. All its features are amazing. But, one problem I am facing is that the signal strength is fluctuating even when the phone is stable at one place. Sometimes while calling, after the call got connected it is getting dropped. Even though the signal showing full strength this is happening. I have tried restarting the phone several times, but it is still occurring frequently. Did anybody else have this kind of problem? Is this the problem with my phone or any settings? Please help me.
